Yes, the 1st place winner will be entitled to a tax-free cash prize of $5,000 USD (five thousand American dollars). There will be no consecutive winners.

The criteria include creativity, presentation of the cocktail, originality of the ingredients. All of this under the irrefutable criteria of our panel of experts.

It is not necessary. We want both beginners and experts to have fun experimenting and creating their own cocktail with our mezcal. However, this contest is open to personnel working in the areas of tourism, mixology, bars and restaurants and related topics.

The challenge will be open until April 31, 2025. Make sure to submit your entry before then. The grand finale will take place on May 17.

Yes, participants must be over 18 years old, as mezcal is an alcoholic beverage. If you are in another participating country, you must respect the minimum drinking age of that country.

Yes, you can combine our mezcal with other ingredients or liquors, as long as the Santo Gusano mezcal is the star of the cocktail.
