ARTE CON CAUSA
Mezcal Santo Gusano is calling for artists to intervene on its mezcal bottles in the first edition of “ART WITH A CAUSE” in Miami, Florida.
We would like to thank the more than 60 artists who have participated in the first two editions in Mexico through various art fairs, and we extend the invitation to artists in the United States to join in and donate their works to raise funds for the benefit of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , which will be used to support its mission of achieving advances in cures and means of preventing pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and the development of treatments.
The donated works will be auctioned online to raise donations for the foundation.
Don't miss out and register to be one of the artists selected by our group of curators and be part of Art for a Cause at Art Basel 2024.
Artist registration does not guarantee participation. Applications will be reviewed by the group of curators and they will be contacted to receive the bottles and bases for the intervention.

SANTO GUSANO
Santo Gusano has positioned itself as the best mezcal in Mexico and its presence is felt at the most important events. For the second consecutive time, it joins Art Basel, which will take place from December 6 to 8 in Miami Beach.

One of the world's leading contemporary art fairs. Held annually in three cities: Basel (Switzerland), Miami Beach (USA) and Hong Kong (China). Founded in 1970 in Basel, this fair brings together collectors, artists, galleries and art enthusiasts to exhibit and sell contemporary art works, including paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs and other media.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
1.- Complete your registration on this page.
2.- Our group of curators will review each of the applications and will contact the selected artists to send them a bottle of Santo Gusano mezcal, which they will be able to work on using free technique and the following guidelines . The bottle will be on display at Art Basel from December 6 to 8.
3.- The works will be auctioned to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
4.- The call is open to visual artists over 21 years of age, established or emerging, of any nationality.
